Jamy Bechler is the president of Bechler Leadership. It is a consulting company that specializes in the development of teamwork, culture, and leadership. They work with sports teams, athletic departments, athletes, and coaches.

He runs the “Success is a Choice” podcasting network. He is the author of nine books. These books include The Bus Trip and The Coach’s Bulletin Board. Before starting Bechler Leadership, Jamy spent 20 years as a college basketball coach, professor, and administrator. He also oversaw an athletic program in Indiana that had the world’s fifth largest HS gymnasium. Jamy developed TheLeadershipPlaybook.com to help athletes become better teammates and more positive leaders. He currently serves as a Director of Athletics at an NAIA school. He now collaborates with coaches, athletes, and teams from the NBA, college, and high school. He engages them through workshops, presentations, and team-building sessions. Bechler Leadership also assists small college athletic departments with their coaching searches.
