Jamy Bechler
Jamy is the President of Bechler Leadership, author of nine books, speaker, consultant, and host of the “Success is a Choice” podcast. He spent 20+ years as a college basketball coach, professor, and administrator.
Howard Patterson
Howard started the athletics program at UT-Tyler in 2001 and spent the next 23 years leading the D3 program and then overseeing the transition to D2. He also served as the AD at the University of Incarnate Word.
Tim Wilson
Tim has 20+ years of experience in higher education serving in roles such as professor, department chair, and faculty athletics representative. Tim has worked at Division I, II, and NAIA institutions.
Lexi Smith
Lexi is a former NCAA D2 basketball player and assistant coach. She has experience in the corporate world, primarily as an accountant for high-level firms. She is very organized and has a strong grasp on executive recruiting.
Laquanda Dawkins-Prince
Laquanda is a former 3x ACC champion basketball player from UNC who went on to have a successful coaching career. In addition to numerous DI assistant jobs, she led the programs at Elizabeth City State University, Southern Poly Tech, and Greensboro College.
Dan Christensen
Dan is the Director of Collegiate Consulting for Bechler Leadership. He previously worked for Tudor Collegiate Strategies as the Director of Marketing and Social Media. He has also served as a college coach and and assistant camp director.
Chris Williams
Chris was a successful small college women’s basketball head coach for 13 years (including winning a national championship). He spent nearly 30 years in college athletics (including taking Southern Wesleyan from NAIA to NCAA-II as an AD). He is currently a professor of sports management at Clemson University.
