Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you do Division I searches?
Yes we do NCAA Division I searches. Even though we are a boutique firm, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how our service stack up to the bigger firms at a fraction of the price.
Do you do high school searches?
We specialize in searches at the higher education level, however, Jamy was a high school athletic director and works with hundreds of high schools as a leadership consultant. Contact us to see if we might be of service to your particular situation.
How fast can you place a qualified candidate?

We strive to place qualified candidates as quickly as possible. We will work with you to establish a realistic timeline that meets your needs. We have done searches in 1-2 weeks but that is not guaranteed.
What makes you different from other search firms?
We are your hands and feet during the search and treat it as if this search is our search. We take it both seriously and personally to find the right fit for your situation.
What are your pricing options, packages, and services?
Our general price per “full-service” search is between $5,000-$10,000 depending on the specific details and nature of your search. We also have a “contingent” service that is much less expensive and is essentially a finder’s fee type search. We also offer a discount for repeat customers.
What does the typical process look like?
The typical process involves an initial consultation, followed by the development of a candidate profile, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting a shortlist to our clients.
What are the benefits to using a search firm?
Utilizing a search firm can save you time and resources, give you access a broader network of qualified candidates, and provide expertise in navigating the hiring landscape.
Do you do searches other than coaches?
Absolutely! We do staffing, administrative positions, and professor searches.
Why should I spend money to do something listed in my job description?
Investing in a search firm can lead to higher-quality candidates and a more efficient hiring process, ultimately saving you time and contributing to better long-term outcomes for your organization. As an athletic director, you might be tasked with finding coaches but that might mean delegating this to a search firm. Your responsibility is to lead an entire department, not spend the majority of your time conducting a search for one sport.
